1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting TeconLab.com, downloading any TeconLab software, or using any of our AI-driven trading-signal services (collectively, the “Services”), you enter into a binding agreement with TeconLab (“we,” “our,” “us”). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form contracts. By opening an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

  1. Create only one account per person.
  2. Keep your login credentials confidential. All actions taken through your account are deemed to be yours.
  3. Notify us immediately at admin@teconlab.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

  1. Current plan options (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and prices appear on the checkout page.
  2. Fees are charged in advance. Taxes, if any, are added at checkout.
  3. Payments are processed through third-party gateways. We never store your full card number.
  4. All sales are final unless a refund is required by law or we expressly approve it in writing.
  5. Failure to pay or an expired card may suspend or cancel your subscription without notice.

5. Licence & Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for personal use only. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly display our signals or software;
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works;
  • Use automated scripts or scraping tools to extract content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation while using the Services;
  • Interfere with servers, networks, or security features;
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or misleading content;
  • Impersonate TeconLab staff or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

7. Market-Risk Notice

Foreign-exchange, commodities, and other financial instruments involve substantial risk. Our signals, forecasts, and analyses are educational references only; they are not personalised investment advice, guarantees, or solicitations to buy or sell. Past performance does not predict future results. By trading, you accept full responsibility for outcomes.

8. No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free data, or specific profit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TeconLab and its owners, employees, or partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading capital) arising from or related to your use—or inability to use—the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Intellectual-Property Rights

All TeconLab content—text, graphics, software, logos, and trademarks—belongs to TeconLab or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

11. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites or apps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or security.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, subscription, or access to any part of the Services, at any time and without prior notice, if we believe you violated these Terms or our policies.

13. Changes to the Services

We may modify, replace, or discontinue features, pricing, or content at any time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by e-mail. Continued use after a change equals acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties agree to submit any dispute that cannot be settled informally to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining sections remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written subscription agreement you sign, form the entire agreement between you and TeconLab regarding the Services. No verbal statement or prior document changes this agreement unless confirmed in writing by us.
